To use Great Destiny on a goal last game you had to burn the Advantage (Destiny fulfilled!), fwiw. Gone from the sheet.

Any Character goals points banked last game count at 2 for this game if they want to use them. It will likely be back next game. GD and DF can be used as a 3 point discount on 5+ influence point goals this game, but cannot be used twice for this purpose. If a specific character used it last game, they can't use it this game.

Ideally check with the player, but if they're totally out of contact, sure.

If you do it as part of bumping up Clan relations one step (neutral to warm, for instance), the bump would cost like 3 and the rest you could have as fluff as part of it.
