I super respect Sora and Phi for showing up to something that isn't really their thing for IC reasons. Umeno not showing is just as much her not having an IC reason as mechanical preference however. Bayushi-Kami would know better.

Dear Umeno-chan will be missed much. Kazoku-chan gempukku will be at Kashouji. So, they surely will meet soon to appreciate the gardens there.

Amusingly, Sora's IC reason is mostly that he lives here when he's not traveling the Empire checking on the libraries.

With Kinyoubi expecting their fourth child, he's definitely sticking around to do what he can for her.
