MUSICAL DUEL!
Satsuki will use To The Last Breath kiho to restore a single Void point to the two who are tied, who will then roll opposing Performance-checks. There is no TN, just to see who gets the highest (you may call Raises if you like to really show off, where each raise is a -5 to the total of the roll, but the main goal is to score the highest).
