Kinsen rushed up to the Hot Springs to lick her wounds after the snowfight. Calling that much of attention was good in court, but in battle the opposite would have been better.

Sasori had just woken from the terrible nightmare she had she needed to refresh herself to be her best for it will be a long day. She saw the lady Hantei and smiled. "Hantei sama good to see you."

"Oh, good morning Bayushi-san. I hope Lady Sun has given you warmth today. How do you feel?" Kinsen says squinting her eyes into a smile as she sees Sasori's golden eyes again.

She looked at the sky then back at Kinsen. "Of course she does." I would like Inari to bless me soon." She giggled.

"Inari?" Kinsen blinks a bit, sure she heard this name long ago. She nods and maintains her eyes squinted. "So, what was this mystery about your... abilities and then out of nowhere, you show yourself like that... in public?"

"I had my reasons, sama. A very bad day and needed a bit of mischief in my life." The girl sighed. "No harm was done an my honor still intact. Nya."

Kinsen maintains those analytical eyes locked, and, after a long moment of silence...

Cat ears spring off Kinsen's head and the replies...

Sasori blinked a few times then giggled. "Nya! I wondered... if you were a spirit."

Kinsen runs her hands over hear hair, and –– poof –– the cat ears disappear in the same fashion as they were visible. She chuckles a bit and shakes her head, "Nonsense, I am a samurai."

"So am I." Sasori giggled. "Hantei sama, I apologize for stepping on you on the play." She gave the woman a wink. "But that is what acting is nya."

"Your stepping over was soft and delicate, as etiquette demands. Also, no claws. I consider it more a getting together than actual stepping due the force utilized, neh~?" Kinsen giggles together.

Sasori smiled. "Good because I had forgotten about the little kitten inside." She tilted her head. "I wonder if Bear sama would grant you what I saw. She is like you. A mother protecting and guiding her cubs."

"I've met momma bear. We talked, briefly and she calmed down as we had suggested. I wasn't aware she was indeed a spirit." Kinsen raises an eyebrow, "What did she say to you?"

Sasori nodded. "She showed me pictures of her life. She just needed her cubs to grow old enough to go back home.... Home... I wonder where that is?" She sighed. "There is a rift in the woods... I supposed to where her home is."

What a coincidence. "Is that so. I do connect what that. I too would like to go home when both Genji-kun and Kazoku-chan grow old enough and marry."

Kinsen tilts her head again, "What about Bayushi-san's parents. Have they gone home?"

"Mother is the head of a Dojo and master of the art of fighting with bladed fans. Father... he is missing..." She shook her head. "I feel I failed in finding him... I must stop delaying my quest." She frowned.

"Well, then. If you failed. Try again." Kinsen smiles. "Bayushi-san still needs to show me her fan skills."

"I will keep trying even if I fall." she said with conviction. "Anooo... Hantei sama do you believe in dreams coming true?" She was worried about what she had dreamed during the night and her father being dead.

"Well." Kinsen looks up to the sky and back to Sasori, "Do not confuse dream with nightmare is the first thing I'll tell everyone from this day onwards if they ask me something similar."

A smile, "I do believe dreams can come true, if one's will is strong enough to make it reality. For better or worse."

"I will find father and hope he can answer the many questions I have." Sasori smiled. "I do owe you a fan demonstration. Tomorrow when I am less busy with the activities I am hosting." She gave the woman a nod with a wink.
