The palace garden is a sprawling place full of artfully created miniature landscapes, carefully placed sitting areas, and a large pond fed and flowing back into the nearby river. All of it was created to bring the natural world in to a place suitable for humans. Foxes can occasionally be spotted darting in and out of the underbrush. There are a few small tea rooms scattered in the area, concealed from one another to create an uninterrupted view of the area. Not far away, the roof of the castle can be seen over the tops of the plants.
