Yep. Great Falls City was started last game, and now 15 years later in the timeline has the points to be completed.

Some things just take a longer time. Convincing Akodo-Kami to give rights to found an anti-establishment family sounds like something that would take a while!

Umeno founded a city at Beiden Pass, I think? Great Falls is Dragon-owned.

EDIT: I was wrong. It was completed. At one time, we thought we weren't going to be able to complete it, then shifted goals around to make it happen.

Correct. Great Falls City is just me refluffing Great Falls Castle in Dragon lands. I didn't feel like a Castle fit yet in this timeline, so a city sounded much better, and the location seemed perfect for Saruko and the Saru family. It's also in the southern parts of the Dragon mountains, making it more approachable than the rest of the holdings for other clans.
