Hey all, scheduling seems complicated enough that instead of relying on one or more players to curate event times, I thought it might be easier to have an unofficial google doc everyone can edit:

I hope this is helpful? I've set it up so the GM events, column labels, etc. can't be accidentally changed, but anybody can add/move event listings.
