Things are fun already! I'm getting a little tired, but I knew that might be a risk with this game.

Quick question Birb! Not sure it will apply to anyone (would to Kotsume, but she's just demonstrating, not competing, so it doesn't really matter), but:

Would the changed Blessing of Ebisu ("Whenever you are engaging in a Craft skill roll to improve life for your Clan, whether creating tools for them, farming, or fishing, you may add +0k1 to the to the total of the Craft roll in question.") apply to rolls in Player Events? Thinking about the Ice-fishing competition here, but the same question may apply to others.

XP expenditure takes effect the day after you list your expenditures.

In case of petitions like the above, in case multiple clans/people are involved, how should the cost be paid? E.g. the Stag and Nezumi agree to exchange cheese for sheep, should both count pay the 5 Influence cost, or should does it need to be paid once, in whichever ration the involved agree on?

Paid once in whatever ration both agree to. All Influence expenditures, such as Clan Goals, are combined costs, so whoever wants to contribute by however much may, and it only needs to be paid in a lump sum once. Each person does not have to pay for it individually.
