He nodded, “The threads of Destiny pull… sometimes drag people of common fates together. I have a feeling that should I survive the morrow… our paths will cross again.”

"I hope so, Kakita-san," she replied with a smile.

He smiled softly and bowed, “Then it shall be so.”

She bowed in return. "I wish you luck in your duel tomorrow." She paused. "And don't forget, depending on your priorities... You don't have to win to strike."

"I suppose it is a dishonorable thing to say, but there are bigger things than honor sometimes."
