These steamed breads are made with whole wheat and mixed grains. The Tingmo possesses very nice and light pillowy texture due to the tiny air pockets in its layers which are wonderful as they soak the soupy gravies or soups they are usually served with.

Coming with a hotpot, the guest just have to put the fish balls in for around 5 to 10 minutes. After one bite, you can see the melting cheese flowing out of the fish ball and the cheese is tasted mildly salted and soft.
