Amidst the commotion struts the resplendent princess, fur color of the dawn in spring. Head and tail held high, princess Shu takes her seat in the middle of the boat.

Behind the valiant adventurers the scenery changes with the entry of her highness. A large potted plant labelled 'innocuous swamp fern' by an hastily made wood placard made it's way behind the actors, carried by an extra with a green kimono and a face painted green that was mostly hidden the the leaves and branches.

He himself was labelled 'innocuous swamp fern carrier'

Undisturbed, Princess Shu looked over her subjects as she spoke:

Princess- ''Squeak!''

Swamp fern- ''Be brave my subjects, there is nothing to fear!''

Princess, pressing her paws to he heart-''Squeeak!''

Swamp fern-''Our guides are trustwhorthy subjects of my father the good king and our quest is noble.''

Princess, waving a paw in the air -''Squeak!''

Swamp fern-''Surely fate is guiding our steps!''

"Thank you most beautiful and furry Princess for your guides,
Surely they shall protect and never betray our hides," he replied.

Then looked at the audience and said, "My heart skips a beat,
Her squeaks are such a treat."

Kinsen knew how to do this acting stuff, but she focused too much in being a monk. Instead of acting proper, she gets some ink and starts to paint some tattoos in her left thigh.

Looking close enough and with a lot of creativity, one would notice she's trying to paint a dragon. It is surely comparable to what Genji drew when he was 8 years old.

She winked at Fisherman Shiba. She looked at the Scholar Sora with his map. "May I see that Map Scholar sama?"

Having handed over the scroll, he picked the stuffed animal up.

"Hm. Not really hungry yet... but soon. Soon."

Using his new sacred scroll he bonked Scholar Sora on the head, "No eating yet my friend,
Not until we reach this journey's end."

Farmer Sasori looked at the scroll trying to find which way was north. As she walked about 'the boat' she stumbled with a 'rope'. The map went flying and fell into the 'swamp'. "Oh No!"

The panda princess gasped in surprise and ran towards the end of the boat, alas the scroll had been lost amongst the swamp ferns

Kinsen finishes her amazing fire-breathing dragon tattoo and moves on to the next. Tapping her chin, she takes some time to decide which animal would be next.

Undecided, she sits in lotus, and now rubs her chin, instead.

Akodo Kawauso, entirely unaware of what a draw lot play was, had joined the audience early on. Although she didn't know all the actors, she knew enough to make the show even more enjoyable than it would be otherwise. She was inclined to say that the Stags were stealing the show early on, though the majestic Crane's rhymes were impossible for Kawauso to resist loving.

"Don't worry Scholar sama, Fisherman sama and I have a great recipe for fish and tater soup." She nodded sagely. "when we get back we shall rejoice with soup!"

"WHAT'S TATERS?" bellows Gusai.

The Magistrate narrowed his eyes and said, “Did you say taters… potatoes?
My grandfather, rest his soul, was killed by one of those!”

He then turned to the audience and exclaimed, “Could it be, could he be?
My Nemesis, Three Legged Baka Oren-Ishii!?”

He then turned back to the Scorpion actor and said, “First off Farmer-san, taters belong in stew! Is it you my Nemesis, speak true!”

What? Could it be?

Princess Shu was shocked by such revelation! SHOCKED!

Shiba turned dramatically to Sasori. "We are discovered, all because of your and your potatoes! Damn your eyes!"

Did the very Son of Heaven himself just make a terrible potato joke? Yes. Yes, he did.

Kinsen, the monk, sees that the princess falls down in shock and almost lifts herself to say something. When Shiba says potatoes tough, the monk looks astonished at the enlightened idea, and tries to draw this amazing new tattoo. A bowl, a spoon and potatoes inside. Right in front of the fire-breathing dragon.

"TREACHERY!*

The scholar sprang to his feet, the stuffed animal in one hand, a... sock of some kind in the other.

"TO ARMS!"

"Huh? you heard wrong mina sama... this one is not a potato farmer... I farm tomatoes.... tomahtoes." She shook her head and shrugged at the audience. "No wait... my cabbages! You have the will to destroy them?" Sasori starts to cry.
