Re: General Poll: Number of Thunders
The Thunder of Jigoku would be chosen by Jigoku to be one of it's minions and not chosen by the empire maybe?

Re: General Poll: Number of Thunders
Hmm... With Jigoku trying to invade using different spirit realms... What if it was one Thunder per spirit realm?
Then Nezumi could be included by training and supporting a human Dream Thunder.

Re: General Poll: Number of Thunders
Might be able to prevent breezing through by having a default NPC that wins if players don't do well enough to beat them. But als have it so when it's time to do the job those NPCs only do passably and enable progress through self sacrifice, leaving the drama of the Day of Thunder to the players. I ...

Re: General Poll: Number of Thunders
I like the 11. Even if this is the age of man, no single culture or race ever fought off Jigoku alone even if they did the bulk of the heavy lifting. The duty of fighting off the realm of evil should belong to all beings in whichever spirit realm it assaults.

"Very well," he looks to the fire. "Rebirth and renewal. It's good to be able to let go of one's history to make way for better things in the future."

"I'm glad to have helped out. I'll probably be heading to the Great Falls temple after this, to store notes, stories and information on this event there. For the Orders histories," he says. "If you wanted to travel back that way together."

Re: Burn It Down (D9, EM)
Kuu nods approvingly. "You've come along quickly. Balanced elemental chi can be difficult for some, especially when they have a naturally ascendant element. Though I am also not surprised that you seem to have a natural aptitude. You showed a very quick understanding."

Re: Burn It Down (D9, EM)
Kuu nods, then takes a deep breath before gently striking several pressure points on Satsuki's form. Expending a bit of his energy in the process, he feels his chi realigning hers. He observes to make sure all wounds have closed, prepared to repeat if necessary. ---- VP spent for Chi Protection, hea...

Re: Burn It Down (D9, EM)
Kuu watches the burning, but he was really here in case there were any injuries or emergencies. When the task was completed he approached Satsuki. "Would you allow me to tend to your wounds, Togashi-sama?" he asks. Since he had demonstrated his ability to heal wounds using kiho at her elemental disc...

Re: [EA, D8] Court Part 5
The Doji offering her life seemed silly. Perhaps this was just one of the differences between monks and samurai. "Someone willing to die for their people is worth more living to help those people. It is the soul of a hero that lives between those lines." Kuu states, moving near the dais, but staying...

Re: [EA, D7] Imperial Court, Part 4
-snip- Kuu bowed at the ruling handed down by Shiba. In the mirroring of the heavens a monk order was like a dragon. And thus the followers of those orders were much akin to followers of dragons. His mind began to work through possibilities for what that meant. It might be appropriate in that case ...

Re: [EA, D7] Imperial Court, Part 4
Kuu was present, wondering if there would be an answer for the question of the placement of monks in the Celestial Order. He sat quietly and observed for now.

-snip- -snip- Kuu listened to the Unicorns proposal and wondered why it wasn't a joint presentation for a joint operation. Not really his concern though. It was at least good news that would benefit the workers in that area. About teaching someone, Kuu just let Nozomi handle it. Kuu knew enough to ...

One nice thing about living mostly separate from worldly concerns is that we do not have any direct duties that are as lofty as the concerns of an emperor," he says with a smirk. "It is a burden t...

Re: Elemental Discussions (D6. LM. Open: Player Event!)
Kuu was there, and he participated in the discussion, but he much preferred learning from the others their more full understanding of the elements in the external world. His understanding was mostly of his own internal elemental structure, so he did not wish to say too much on the subject as it was....
